These terms and conditions and the web-based booking form constitute the entire Agreement concerning the provision of taxi service between you and AshLin Taxis. Completion of the booking form and use of the Service indicates your unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement.

Your access to and use of this website or our service is subject exclusively to these terms and conditions. You will not use the website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms and conditions. By using the website, you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice.

In order to protect your own interests please read our terms and conditions carefully before accepting them. If you want a hard copy of these terms and conditions please use the internet browser facilities to print a copy. If you need clarification on any of the points below please email us at info@ashlintaxis.com Your statutory rights are not affected by our terms and conditions.

About Our Booking System

Our online booking system and mobile app does not have the ability to check our availability on our calendar, it accepts all journeys and payments regardless where upon a booking confirmation is sent out automatically shortly after, once we have received your online booking request we will notify you if we are unable to do this for you and if you have already made payment we will give you a full refund within 24 hours, otherwise the booking will be accepted if you do not hear from us.

We only provide our local services to TN13 postcode area. All other areas are either Airports, Long Distance journeys and travelling to and from TN13.

If you are trying to book a trip to and from London (except City Airport) please do not book this via our online booking system or mobile app as it is unable to provide you with an accurate price as it varies, just simply give us a call or send us a email or text message with your enquiry.

The Areas We Cover

Our main area is Sevenoaks to and from TN13. Also, we only cover some parts of TN14, TN15 and TN16. All other outside areas are either long distance, airport journeys or to and from TN13.

Business Hours

Our pre booked services are run 24/7. You can book with us via text message, email, through our website and mobile app 24/7. Our Office and Call service is only available between 8am – 8pm, 7 days a week.


Requests for services should preferably be made in advance. You must allow sufficient time when booking a taxi in order to get to you. AshLin Taxis cannot be held responsible for any delays caused due to traffic congestion, weather conditions, roadworks, incidents on roads or vehicle mechanical failure.

You must order a suitable car size for the number of passengers and luggage. AshLin Taxis cannot guarantee to carry excessive amounts of luggage. Please note that a child, no matter what age, counts as one passenger.

If you require a wheelchair accessible vehicle, child car seater or have pets please do not book through our website or mobile app. Please email us, call us or send us a text message and we will get back to you once we have checked our availability to meet your requirements.

SMS, Voice Mail, Email and Online booking, if you do any of this until you hear from us your booking is not confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse travel to anyone deemed to be a nuisance or danger to our passengers or drivers.


If you need to cancel your booking please contact AshLin Taxis as soon as possible. If you cancel a booking after the vehicle has been dispatched then the full fare charge will be incurred as a cancellation charge.

You have the right to cancel prepaid credit and debit card bookings at anytime before the vehicle has been dispatched to you, without giving any reason. And we will refund your money within 7 working days minus any handling costs.

No refunds will be issued in the case of the booking the wrong date, wrong time, wrong location and/or other incorrect or misleading information, or if the passenger leaves the pickup point without informing us for any reason whatsoever.

Price & Charges

The prices you are provided from our booking system and mobile app is a rough estimate of the cost of your journey and it does not include waiting times, toll charges or car parking fees in the price given to you, there will be an additional charge for this. Airport pick up journeys we allow 40 minutes waiting time free after the flight has landed where you will not be charged for this.

There is a 25% extra charge on bank holidays. The fares are doubled on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. Please note our booking system, mobile app and web booking may not always show this but you will be charged.

For all our local journeys to and from TN13 are run on the taxi meter. In regards to Long distance and airport journeys we can always provide a fixed price as this works out cheaper than running the taxi meter.

  • All accounts are subject to a 7% service and administration charge
  • Should a passenger be travel sick there will be a valet charge of £120.00

Payments & Currency

We accept all major credit and debit card payments only for Airports and long distances. We do not except any Cheque payment. All payments are in UK Pound sterling’s. Prices also include any UK taxes. We use PayPal to process our card transactions. We do not store your credit card details. If we are refused authority for payment at any stage, we reserve the right to terminate our agreement with you.

If you are paying from outside the UK to place your booking and your credit card company will convert the transaction to UK currency.
